Job description

You are result oriented sales professional with passion for export sales. You actively follow business environment, listen to the customers and drive actively success for the entire company.

As Business Development Director / Export Director, you will plan and implement export strategies, develop distribution capabilities and are responsible for building profitable partnerships. You feel comfortable in executive level discussions and you are able step outside your comfort zone.

You will be responsible for

  • B2B sales of Vivago healthcare solutions
  • Export strategy planning and operational execution
  • Supporting, selecting and developing distribution channels
  • Partnership building, stakeholder management and networking in your territory
  • Following up market trends and needs
  • Continuous planning and reporting of sales, profitability, and pipeline for your territory

Requirements

  • At least Bachelor level degree (e.g. in business or technology)
  • Experience and strong track record from export sales and/or building new export business
  • Working experience from healthcare industry or medical technology
  • Solid consultative selling and negotiation skills, highly analytical and numerate 
  • Good networking and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with capability to adapt to audience specifics
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English, other languages are advantage not essentials
  • Experience from Finnish health market is an advantage
